This project started out with the plan to order Gatorstep, but after receiving a quote for $2100, I decided to go the amazon route. I was able to get my 4 sheets for $480 Here.
This boat wasn't set up for eva, so lots of modifying had to be done. Carpet removed, low spots in floor were filled with foam, then epoxied over. The fuel tank cover was routed in flush with the surrounding floor. Aluminum strips added to the sides to fill in the 3/8" gap.
I didn't trust the cheap eva's glue, so I installed using contact cement. I ran it right over the fuel tank access panel. If I ever need access I'll just cut a slit in it. The wall to floor gap was covered with eva strips.
Overall this project is a major project. I'd recommend a different route if your not confident in your abilities.
