Got a leaking caliper and found this writeup, thank you. My 2021 Supra SA 450 has a boatmate trailer with the same DB35 brake calipers. I see in the DB35 manual it does mention using Kia Sephia parts, years 1997 - 2000, and has a nice parts diagram, I've attached the pages below.
