Search sailrite youtube 4 bow bimini for all details on making the metal frame and patterning and sewing.

We wanted to extend the factory bimini to the front of the boat and extend it as far back as possible. We found a rear extension for Axis boats that worked well. With a sail rite sewing machine and instructional videos from sailrite, we used a 4 bow bimini kit and sunbrella fabric. We used the rear tower attachment on the original bimini as a pattern for the stern, modified the rear now to attache to the existing tower, and were able to attach the front bow and accessory bow to the base of the front tower. Sailrite suggests you build a wooden frame on the ground. So we took the tower off and set it on a custom built 2x4 frame on the garage floor.
