Man you really planned that well. That's an unbelievable system. But love the finishing touches (HRD rack straps on batteries…
I HATE battery box buckles!!!! Did I say I’m not a fan?

This one was a labor of love. My whole train of though on boat upgrades, including HRD products, is how can I make the most out of unused spaces in the boat. This stereo fits that mold for sure. It sounds huge and yet other than the Revs it’s basically invisible. Too many hours into it but I’m loving it.

I have many times, through here and his website. No reply. Looks as though others have tried as well.
I thought Wake Logic wasn't available anymore as a stand alone product? Or am I thinking of a different controller? Yeah I'm either going to run the Arduino system or a push button system like this if I can figure it out.

Looks awesome... damn it, I still have carpet. Love these projects but hate the reminders! haha
You do know you could fix that. Lol

That tube blow out is crazy. Glad you got it fixed. A SAN just doesn’t look right with any tower other than an FCT. Nice job!
-
They both look great! Are you staying with carpet on the floor or is that down the road? I know it’s a big project with the raw fiberglass.
-
What? You didn’t polish it while it was out? You are slipping Rugger!! Lol nice job.
One nice feature on my MB is a remote grease zerk for the rudder, above the motor. Makes for easy access. Later models don’t have it. In my opinion every rudder should have one.

Yes they were free hand pieces. I did make wood templates so I could guide the router.

how do you controls work are they automated?
Automated yes, GPS no. One momentary push to deploy either side, press opposite button to transfer and wipeout to cancel any deployed actuator. Intuitive and easy but you have to start and stop. No computer to think for you.

Lenco 15129 4.25” fast actuators. Yes the switch in 3-4 seconds.

Dam!, don't know you were doing a center exit!, your crazier then I thought.
You thought he would do something the normal way?!
Awesome work Rugger as usual. You never cease to amaze. Nice to see you follow my signature to a tee!!!

Nice job man. I like all of the wires hidden. Very clean.

Great job Setter. I did a similar conversion last year with Samson fingers I got off Craigslist. I had to drill new holes on the factory MB plate but all in all not that bad. Luckily the Samson fingers have a hook already at the base of the fingers. They look factory and work great. I swapped the wakeboard fingers on the other side to match only because they were part of the deal. (And because I’m anal like that. lol)

Give that man a hat!! Lol
Nice job on your projects Setter and welcome to the more mine & talent than money club!

I can’t see anything you missed. Lol.
You know that YOU can see an imperfection somewhere. You are too much of a perfectionist to think they are perfect.
I’m pretty sure that made perfect sense. Lol

I still love looking at these gates. Too bad you missed that one little spot...

Boat looks great man! Just a tip to those sanding the eucaboard/masonite, I used a belt sander and it really works well to have a smooth edge quickly. You can't use it in the small curves but most of the areas you can and it cuts down a lot of time vs an orbital. Just my .02. You did a great job with all of the odd shaped templates and kept the lines lined up.
-
I think 5 rolls is the minimum order and that is more than enough. Between 3-4 pieces will cover most boats.
-
Yes it is color number two. There are a lot of teak colors out there. I am really happy with this one. Do not get the diamonds though. The lines/planks are great.
-
Good luck man. It's not too bad. Toughest parts were breaking the shaft free from the coupler and getting the old strut bearings out. Other than those it was a piece of cake.
Should be nothing compared to a V-drive swap!

My Wet Sounds MC1 finally came in so here are the updated dash pics. I know the MC1 is four zones, but I really like the tactile feel of the 420sq Equalizer so I’m just using zone one from the MC1 to the 420. I had a new plate cut to mount the eq under my the ignition switch. Now I have the best of both worlds. The MC1 black box is mounted under the SDX2500 on the amp rack. I also updated the subwoofer grill a bit. I’m loving the whole boat and system.
