  1. Just a way to tie the two pipes together with less fabrication on my part.
  2. Did you notice any handling difference while slow speed maneuvering? Just curious with how far it hung down below the hull. I bought a merge pipe to use instead of tying the two 90°s together
  3. Thought this might help someone out if your guide poles need replacing as mine did. I started by buying some 1.5 inch galvanized water pipe from my local hardware store. I chose to make each guide 4 ft which was almost 14 inches longer than the original ones. Once I cut the pipe to the size I wanted I drilled it for the bolt in the bottom to retain it to the trailer. I then slipped the new 2 inch pvc pipe over the galvanized and attached it by using two self tapping stainless screws as low as I could get them.I previously had issues where my guide poles would come loose and float away, so that should remedy that issue for now. I also installed new pads and lights on top of the poles at this time.
  4. How it looked the day I picked it up
  5. Not much of a wave with only 850s in the back and a homemade suck gate
  6. Tinted kiwi grip for a base for the seadek
  7. The stock interior it came with, complete color change has been done now

  14. I used the existing rubber hoses and hardware from my factory silent rider muffler and everything fit great. Just took a little trial and error on cutting the stainless to fit
  15. Thanks for the tip on finding another supplier for the stainless Rugger! Your own projects are inspiring as well. The fae is probley another month out or so. Still have to get all of the interior back together soon... I'll post up the rest of the projects once its finally finished
  16. With surfing becoming the main priority on my boat I've slowly started updating over this spring. Numerous projects going on at once but the exhaust was a quick and easy after looking at a few similar projects here on the forum. I took a slightly different path from the last few I've seen for a muffler bypass. Instead of using straight rubber wet exhaust hose or even abs pipe I chose to buy 2 pre bent 3.5 mandrel 90° exhaust fittings from summit racing. I believe the part number was SUM-622130. I trimmed roughly 6 and 3/4's of an inch off of each side to make them slip into the existing rubber boots that went to the original silent rider exhaust. I felt like it gave a more complete finish to the engine compartment, rather than going with any of the alternatives. Once I finish the rest of the updates inside the boat I will be building my own fae from the same stainless exhaust piping.
