  1. My Wet Sounds MC1 finally came in so here are the updated dash pics. I know the MC1 is four zones, but I really like the tactile feel of the 420sq Equalizer so I’m just using zone one from the MC1 to the 420. I had a new plate cut to mount the eq under my the ignition switch. Now I have the best of both worlds. The MC1 black box is mounted under the SDX2500 on the amp rack. I also updated the subwoofer grill a bit. I’m loving the whole boat and system.
  2. Nicely done. Shade is priceless around here in July/August!!
  3. I HATE battery box buckles!!!! Did I say I’m not a fan?
  4. This one was a labor of love. My whole train of though on boat upgrades, including HRD products, is how can I make the most out of unused spaces in the boat. This stereo fits that mold for sure. It sounds huge and yet other than the Revs it’s basically invisible. Too many hours into it but I’m loving it.
  5. Finally got the stereo done, minus the WS MC1 head unit which is still on back order. Went all Wet Sounds with this one. Eight Revo8’s, four Rev10’s and XXX15 sub for speakers. Used the Sinister series amps. SDX2 for the tower, SDX4 for the in boats and SDX2500 for the sub. I wanted a lot of sound, but not lose any usable space in the boat. The 15” sub is shoe horned in under the helm with a custom grill. I used the stock sub space, (I deleted the sub from the factory), for the boat battery, two bank charger and battery isolation relay. Added a pair of Revo8’s in the helm area for the driver. I also put the Revo8’s in the bow. I wanted a WS 420SQ EQ in the dash so I had new dash plates water jet cut for the dash to fit the EQ. The blank plate on the left and the square hole on the amp rack, under the bass amp, are where the head unit and black box will go when it comes in. Still lots of cleaning after a long installation, but I’m loving the sound so far. Everything came out great!
  6. Nice job man. That interior is really modernizing quick. Keep posting your great work.
  7. 2013 MB Sports F21. I think I’ve hit my boat project quota for the year! (See link). Not sure what seal is in this boat. I loved my Glide Seal in my last book at for sure!
  8. That tube blow out is crazy. Glad you got it fixed. A SAN just doesn’t look right with any tower other than an FCT. Nice job!
  9. They both look great! Are you staying with carpet on the floor or is that down the road? I know it’s a big project with the raw fiberglass.
