  1. Yes to everything above. And there are some insanely great innovations and collaboration here, sometimes better than what you can buy. But we try to steer away from posting exact dimensions or cad drawings of products that others work hard to produce if that makes sense. Your best bet is to go to a dealer with a tape measure. All good my friend, and welcome to the site.
  2. That's not what we look to do here on this site.
  3. Oh you're still holding me to this? haha. Let me look into it again. Sorry for the delay. Work has been one mando after another -- if you know what I mean.
  4. When we do another run, we can probably order a few that way. Which one? The Surf Power on/off, or the Surf Side goofy/regular?
  5. Nice work. Definitely nice to have that upgrade.
  6. That came out really nice. Nothing better than taking something from worn to brand new. Nice job. Hell of a deal on sandblasting and painting. Thanks for the post/share
  7. That's really cool. Well done. Looks simple but solid and very functional. Awesome
  8. That's a hell of a setup! Nice
  9. Well done. That looks amazing! That's pretty cool you were able to send your own .dwg file. I might think about that for mine. And you might have made the next person with your boat happy if they keep the file.
  10. Man you really planned that well. That's an unbelievable system. But love the finishing touches (HRD rack straps on batteries, painted Rev10 cans, laser cut dash panel). But are you sure a dozen high end Wet Sounds with a giant sub is enough sound? haha
  11. I thought about the same. I looked at it a few years ago but don't remember what I concluded. Think it largely depends on the speaker brand / style/ size of basket, etc. You go first.
  12. Wow those just squeezed in there. NIce. I upgraded most of my 6.5s as well... but the remaining are in the seat back (rear bench). I'd have to make a new plastic insert/backer for it. But it sure is tempting.
  13. Nice work. Can't wait to see the final back on the boat
  14. WOW. Nope... but always wondered how hard that would be to split the hull. Dude... you gotta post more pics and write up!
  15. Awesome thread. What did you end up using for your resin? Is that epoxy or poly based? What oz matte? I would not have thought to layer like that. Very helpful to see that. That's a lot of work !!
  16. Yes -- but to be honest I think most wake pics are worthless because there are too many variables with timing, speed, push, and board choice and skill level. Overall the boat surfed pretty well... We had a lot of fun with it and it's the boat my kids learned to surf with. If I remember, it didn't like a lot of bow ballast... we used most weight in the rear and used a ballast bag in the walkway.
  17. Holy crap. My newest favorite thread. That's a lot of work. Would be awesome if you could elaborate a little more on the repair process. Amazing work. That's a great boat! Are you flipping or keeping?
  18. I don't have a specific measurement. I think I aimed for the center of the prop. One mistake I made, you can learn from, is to make the cut angle of that single pipe a little less. Mine does kick sound out ( a little) when turning sometimes. But I would keep the front edge where it is and just cut less aggressive angle so back edge isn't so high.... if that makes sense. All in all - I'm the only one that notices.
  19. This is awesome... I keep thinking of endless dash ideas after this

    Surf Tabs AND Gates
